If you have always wanted your bachelor’s degree but are too busy to go back to school, we are the program for you! Covenant College’s Quest Program is designed for working adults, 23 years old or older, who have transferable college credit and approximately five years of work experience. Acceptable college credit includes transferable undergraduate college credit through courses (C- or better), military credit, nationally recognized examinations (CLEP exams, DANTES exams, etc.), and ACE evaluated credit.

All students must complete 126 semester hours in order to graduate including 30 semester hours of core courses. We recognize that some students will not have these core requirements completed at the beginning of the program. If that is the case, you will work with your Academic Coordinator to develop a plan to complete them in time for graduation.

Current Core Requirements:

English Composition - (3 semester hours)
Computer Science - (3 semester hours)
Math - (3 semester hours)
Social Science - (9 semester hours)
Humanities - (6 semester hours must be in art, music, or literature)
Bible - (6 semester hours)

Core Requirements Beginning 7-1-08:

English Composition - (3 semester hours)

Math - (3 semester hours)
Social Science - (6 semester hours)
Natural Science - (3 semester hours)
Humanities - (6 semester hours)
Fine Arts - (3 semester hours)
Bible - (6 semester hours - included in the Quest curriculum)



In addition to the completion of all core requirements (listed above) students must meet the following graduation requirements:

• 126 semester hours
• completion of at least 32 semester hours at Covenant
• all grades C- or better in the Organizational Management major
• completion of post assessment class
• payment of account


• courses from regionally accredited 4-year college programs
• courses from regionally accredited 2-year college programs (up to 70 semester hours)
• independent study courses
• CLEP, DANTES or other recognized examinations, up to 30 semester hours
• courses/training as evaluated by ACE, PONSI
• advanced placement credit
• military training, up to 30 semester hours, evaluated from an AARTS or SMART transcript.

A maximum of 60 non-traditional semester hours may be applied toward graduation. Non-traditional courses include those completed through CLEP and DANTES exams, ACE and PONSI credit, and military training.
